- Trip Participation and Traveller Conduct & Responsibilities
At Solo Adventure Holidays, we’re all about creating positive, inspiring travel experiences where solo travellers can connect, explore, and share unforgettable moments together. To help foster that environment, we ask that all participants treat fellow travellers, local communities, guides, and tour leaders with kindness, patience, and respect—just as you’d expect in return.
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour—including offensive language, discrimination, or anything that negatively affects the group experience—will not be tolerated. In serious cases, we reserve the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund and restrict them from joining future tours with us.
As our adventures are designed for small groups, decisions will be made with the group’s best interest at heart by your tour leader or guide. We kindly ask that travellers remain flexible and understanding—individual preferences may not always be accommodated.
We also encourage all travellers to approach each destination with a positive attitude and an open mind. Cultural norms, hotel standards, and facilities may differ from what you’re used to at home—that’s part of the adventure! Embracing these differences makes the journey all the more rewarding.
11.Health & Fitness Requirements
Our adventures are active, social, and sometimes a little off the beaten path—so it’s important that you’re fit and ready to participate fully.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared for the tour they’ve chosen. If you have any medical conditions, disabilities, or health concerns that may affect your ability to take part, please let us know before booking. In some cases, we may ask for a medical certificate confirming your fitness to travel.
If, during the trip, your health or behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of the group, we may ask you to leave the tour. This is always a last resort, but the safety and experience of the group as a whole is our top priority.
Optional Activities & Travel Insurance
You may have the opportunity to take part in optional activities during your free time that aren’t included in your itinerary. These activities are at your own discretion, so please ensure that your travel insurance policy covers any adventurous or high-risk activities you may wish to do.
- Insurance (Mandatory)
- You must have comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Personal belongings
- Adventure activities (where applicable)
- Special Requests
Let us know about dietary needs, accessibility requests, or other preferences when you book. We’ll do our best to accommodate them, but they can’t be guaranteed.
- Complaints
If something isn’t right during your trip, please tell your host or guide straight away. If it’s not resolved, email us within one month of your return. We’ll investigate and get back to you promptly.
- Website Accuracy
We try our best to keep trip info, prices, and photos up to date, but changes can happen. We’ll let you know about any major updates before you travel.
